File Preparation

All files need to be proportional to finished size (full size, percentage scale of full size, or 1 inch equals 1 foot).

We are Macintosh-based. Files are preferred in Adobe format, but can be saved in popular formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, PSD or Tiff.

Send files via: E-mail or Hightail site. We also accept usb drives.

Fonts

Please make sure all screen and printer fonts are included with job or converted to outlines. Fonts need to be MAC based.

Color

Please provide PMS numbers for critical colors. We match as close as possible with a 4-color process.

If possible, provide a color proof with each layout.

Gradients should be designed in Photoshop, for minimum stepping and banding.

Resolution Guidelines

Small banners (under 8’): 72 dpi – 150 dpi

Large banners (over 8’ in any direction): 72-100 dpi

Extra large banners, building murals: 15 dpi – 100 dpi

Rigid UV printing: 100 dpi -300 dpi

Billboards: 9-15 dpi at full scale
